Who We Are

Our company was started in 1996 by Tim Cullins. He saw that there was a need in the industry for a company that could deliver these services. Cullins Truck Tarping Systems started out as a two-man crew with a pickup and a welder, now it's a ten-man crew with three service vehicles and a covered shop.  The company is still owned and operated by Tim Cullins. Tim started this company to provide quality products to businesses. 26 years later we are still holding to our standards of quality, now providing our services to businesses Nationwide.  We pride ourselves on our customer service and flexibility to work with customers.
